Emails
The three Quotanto emails, who gets them, and how to edit or switch them off.
Three emails
- New quote request
- To you, when a customer asks. Replies go to the customer.
- Quote request received
- To the customer, as confirmation.
- Quote
- To the customer, with prices and the Accept and pay button.
Edit them
They are WooCommerce emails. Under WooCommerce, Settings, Emails you can switch each one off and change its subject, heading and extra content.
Subjects and headings accept {site_title} and {order_number}.
Who gets the new request
Whoever gets your New order email, unless you set recipients on the email itself.
