Logged-in customers see their quotes with their orders and accept from there.

Quotes are orders, so they show in My account, Orders, with their own statuses.
Accept and pay
An open quote has an Accept and pay button. It leads to your checkout, like the link in the email.
For logged-in customers
- Name, email and phone are filled in on the form.
- The request is tied to their account.
- You can limit requests to logged-in customers or chosen roles.
